Injuries can be part of playing Ringette at high performance levels. Learning to prevent such injuries and proper protocols for recovering from such injuries is key to sustained performance and ultimately enjoyment of the sport.
For nearly 7 years now, the Black Gold Ringette Club has worked with the professionals from MVMT Physio and Chiro Wellness clinics. MVMT now has three locations in Edmonton, St. Albert and Calgary and often attends local National Ringette League games to tend to the Black Gold Rush’s Athletes’ needs. The same service will be made available for the AA SGRA club athletes.
